Vail-120D 7’ x 9’ Frame Only. The VAIL-120D is a double-sided extrusion with a profile width of 120mm. This extrusion has a solid outside finish and is rigid due to its taller and reinforced spine. The thickest profile width we have to offer, VAIL-120D is especially good for free-standing large images (tall or wide) because it is more stable than the thinner profile widths; however, it can be wall mounted or hung overhead as well as well. Use fabric Silicone Edge Graphics (SEG) with this frame. When installing the fabric graphic, the keter can fit slightly more than 12mm deep and 3mm wide into the keter trough. This extrusion is compatible with edge-lights or ladder lights (can be backlit). 


Frame Includes:

• (1) 4-Sided Frame
• (4) VAIL Corner Connectors, (16) Socket Screws, (1) 3mm Allen Wrench
• (2) VAIL Split Connectors (1 pre-installed on 1 VAIL-40C), (1) Torx Key

Hardware Setup: To make one edge of the frame, take two cut VAIL-120D extrusions and, between, add Split Connector; tighten. Repeat this twice. Take one completed 9’ edge and one 7’ edge and slide in Corner Connector; tighten. Repeat this three times. 


Upgrade to Replace: VAIL Toolless Corner Connector and VAIL Toolless Split Connector.
