- Make your artwork in the exact size that you are ordering. No bleed, No crop marks.
- All fonts must be outlined. If using Photoshop, please provide a flattened file only.
- We suggest 150 dpi resolution at 100% of the final print size.
Explanation of Turnaround Time:
Turnaround time begins when the proof is approved. All times are based on normal business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please note this does not include shipping time.
Next Day Order:
- Shipping Orders:If a file is uploaded on a business day BEFORE 12 noon PST, then the order will be shipped on the following business day. (If there is a problem with the file, it won’t be shipped the next day.)
- Store Pick-up:If a file is uploaded on a business day BEFORE 12 noon PST, then the order will be available for pick-up on the following business day after 4:00 p.m. PST. (If there is a problem with the file, it won’t be ready for pick-up the next day.) You will receive an email notification if the order is ready earlier.
Files uploaded after 12:00 noon PST will be shipped or available for pick-up in two (2) business days.

Explanation for next day turnaround service:
Turnaround time begins once your file is uploaded.
If your file is placed on hold, the turnaround time will begin once you select ‘Run As Is’ or once a re-uploaded file is received.
If an email design proof is requested, the turnaround time will begin once you approve the design proof.
All the times are based on normal business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please note this does not include shipping time.

Econo Feather Flag
The Econo Flag is printed with disperse dye ink on polyester fabric be certain that the flag remains vibrant even following a few washes. The printed Econo Flag is sewn with a pole pocket and is connected to the pole with stretchable string. Single sided printing consists of one single full color polyester print. Printed with disperse dye ink and then heated to 220 degrees Celsius providing a fade proof banner. The print is see through providing a mirror image if viewed from the other side. Double sided prints means there are two polyester banners sewn together to provide a readable image no matter which side you are looking at.
