Vail-40D 8’ x 4’ Double-Sided Graphic Package. The VAIL-40D is a double-sided Resort Extrusion with a profile width of 40mm. The alternative extrusion in style to the ASPEN-40D, the VAIL-40D has a solid outside finish. It is especially great for wall mounting and hanging overhead because it is lightweight, but can be used with feet to stand independently as it is more stable than the VAIL-40S. When installing the fabric graphic, the keter can fit 12mm deep and 3mm wide into the keter trough. Not compatible with lights (cannot be backlit.)

Hardware Setup: To make one edge of the frame, take two cut VAIL-40D extrusions and, between, add Split Connector; tighten. Repeat this twice. Take one completed 9’ edge and one 8′ edge and slide in Corner Connector; tighten. Repeat this three times. Vertically insert ends of VAIL-40C into top and bottom of the frame; tighten.
Upgrade to Replace: VAIL Toolless Corner Connector and VAIL Toolless Split Connector.
